Shipping Policy

Orders & Shipping :

DOMESTIC ORDERS (PAN INDIA)

• All Domestic orders are processed within 2 business days from when the purchase is made (except Sunday and Public holidays).
• You can expect the delivery of the order from 3 to 7 days after placing your order. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult verge areas, the delivery could take upto 10-12 days.
• All the orders will be accepted once you have confirmed them over the phone or an email.
• Order Delivery will be made by our delivery partner from Monday to Saturday.
  The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.
• Goods will need to be signed for, upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbour. However, Skyn Organic Co. takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
• Skyn Organic is not responsible for damage after delivery. For any complaints with regards to your order, please contact customer care within 24 hours of your delivery for resolution.
• Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging size, volume, type and other considerations. The Shipping Charges and handling details are given at the time of check out and consumers will be informed about the same before making their respective payments.
• Due to COVID-19, we cannot commit on delivery timelines. We request you to bear with us in the case of slight delays. 
  
  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Currently, due to COVID-19, we are NOT shipping outside India.

SHIPPING CHARGES: 

For domestic orders, we ship products Pan India and all orders of ₹1500 and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However there is a flat shipping charge of ₹70 if the value of your order is less than ₹1500.
